Registered Nurse Injector
Christy is a Registered Nurse and a certified Cosmetic Nurse Injector. She studied at Texas State University and earned her degree in Nursing from the Baptist School of Health Professions. Christy has previous nursing experience as an injector and is currently studying to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has always had a passion for aesthetic medicine and loves caring for patients here in our clinic. When she’s not studying, you can find her spending time with her family, friends and her beloved cat TJ.
Cecilia Garza
Surgery Coordinator
Cecilia is the Surgery Coordinator/ Patient Liaison and started working at Dr. Young Forever in 2019 when we opened our new facility in Shavano Park. Being Dr. Young’s Surgery Coordinator allows me to contact all of our eager patients who come into our practice wanting to have surgery with Dr. Young. I love working with such a skilled surgeon and enjoy seeing our patients’ excitement over their results. I hope to be your guide in your scheduling process and journey to a new you. JessAnne Guzman
LVN / Clinic Nurse / Laser Technician
JessAnne is a tenured Licensed Vocational Nurse with 11 years of experience. She has an extensive background and knowledge of dermatology and aesthetics! Her current role is not limited, but it is to ultimately ensure all patients have a positive experience and are pleased with the final results!! This consists of patient preparation, guidance, and continuous follow-up. JessAnne’s nurse motto is: “Treat each and every patient as your own loved one.” Her daily devotional is: “Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark.” She expresses that her favorite thing about Dr. Young is the continuous honesty and guidance he provides to his patients and the staff!
Gema Estello
Certified Surgical Technologist
Gema Estello is our Certified Surgical Technologist. She is the “behind the scenes” face you will catch a glimpse of right before your surgery. Gema assists Dr. Young with all surgical operations. She is a San Antonio native who loves living here & couldn’t imagine living elsewhere. She enjoys spending time with her family or two adopted pups on her days off. Her favorite procedure is an upper & lower lid blepharoplasty because it instantly makes the patient’s eyes look younger! She will always ensure that you know you will be in great hands and well taken care of as you doze off to sleep before your operation.
Fun fact: Did you know that Gema & Dr. Young attended the same Middle school & High school! According to Dr. Young, he & Gema go “waaaay back.”
Ana Guerra
Front Desk Coordinator
Ana is a Front Office Coordinator here at Dr. Young’s; she is one of the first people to greet you with a smile when you come in and see us! Ana is a native of Honduras and has lived in San Antonio, TX, for ten years! She is bilingual in English and Spanish and loves to make all patients feel welcome and comfortable. Ana’s favorite treatment offered in MedSpa is micro-needling. She has seen improvement in her skin and loves the minimal downtime.
Sandra Sainz
Medical Records
Sandra has been with Dr. Young since he first opened his first private practice in 1990. She has held various positions over the years and is now in charge of the patient’s Medical Records. Sandra’s hobby is shopping and Socializing with close friends. Sandra’s biggest fear is driving while it’s raining here in San Antonio, and would rather carpool with friends.
Vanessa Mireles
Aesthetician
Vanessa is Dr. Young’s Personal Assistant/Admin and the office comedian. She is a jack of all trades; anything you might need help with, Vanessa is your go-to girl! She performs many MedSpa services, with specialty in Morpheus8 and EvolveX treatments. She enjoys traveling; her favorite place to visit is LA and all beach destinations. As a hobby, Vanessa spends time on the golf course with her family. She has a big heart and is known as a social butterfly who keeps God close.

Registered Nurse
Brittany is a Registered Nurse with seven years of experience who earned her bachelor’s degree UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. She started her career at Methodist Hospital where she worked on a Med-Surg Unit for 5 years. Her passion for taking care of patients continued into her next role as a cosmetic surgery nurse. During Brittany’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. She loves being near the water and enjoying the sunshine.

Denise is a Registered Nurse from San Antonio, Texas. She studied Education at Texas State University where she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2018. She earned her first nursing degree from the Baptist School of Health Professions, and is currently getting her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Denise loves gardening, skiing, and spending time with her two cats, Floof and Sophie.

Andrea is the Business Manager for Dr. Young’s practice, Surgery Center and MedSpa. Andrea has been with Dr. Young since 2004 when she moved to Texas. Prior to this, she was Practice Manager for a plastic surgeon in the Northeast, and has over 40 years experience in Medical Office Management. Her goal is to provide an environment where staff can flourish and patients can realize the self-improvements they’ve always dreamed of. In her off-time, Andrea enjoys the serenity of her ranch with husband and animals. Andrea has remained loyal to Dr. Young
