DrYoungForever has earned this industry gold standard after a thorough on-site evaluation of their new facility in Shavano Park.
AAAASF assesses a Surgery Center’s commitment to patient safety and quality of care by performing a regimented and lengthy inspection which was passed with flying colors. The staff at DrYoungForever are proud to be listed among the roughly 2,500 AAAASF-accredited institutions worldwide. With over 9,000 ambulatory surgery centers in the United States alone, it demonstrates that obtaining AAAASF accreditation is quite a prestigious accomplishment.

AAAASF requires 100 percent compliance with their accreditation standards. DrYoungForever earned the impressive endorsement after AAAASF’s Board Certified medical specialist inspected the new facility, completing a 130-page checklist. Facility surveyors are trained to analyze the entire facility including the physical environment, operating room, recovery room, sterilization room including techniques used and logs, surgery center policies and procedures, patient safety, OSHA and staff safety, medications, medical records, quality assessment, quality improvement, personnel, anesthesia, medical waste, generators, crash cart and emergency preparedness among other criteria. After the initial accreditation inspection survey, each accredited facility is re-evaluated through self-survey annually, with another on-site survey by a AAAASF inspector every three years.
The surgery center at DrYoungForever has been accredited as a Class C Ambulatory Surgical Center, which can provide general anesthesia and perform outpatient Plastic Surgery. Dr. Robert N.
